You will be shown everything about bratwurst sausage making; from the best cuts of meat to use, how to grind meat, herbs and seasonings to use and how to fill natural sausage casings through to the different ways to cook sausages. You will use spices and fresh herbs from the on site garden to individually season your own batch of sausages.
Cooking courses at Green Olive at Red Hill are the ideal way to spend a half-day at an award-winning Australian Farm. You will visit the produce paddock and work in the commercial kitchen with their experienced and friendly chef, who will guide you and assist you.
At the end of class, the chef will present the food you prepared with a glass of Green Olive at Red Hill Estate wines.
