Woven Coiled Baskets With Natural Fibres & Up-cycled Textiles

Make a stunning basket using an Indian inspired coiled technique.   This is a lovely way to learn or build upon weaving skills, but not a requirement to have any experience, suitable for absolute beginners.

Held in Bibra Lake at the beautiful Art Loft on 6th March 2020 from 9am-12.30pm, you will learn to design and create a beautifully crafted basket. We’ll be incorporating a range of natural fibres and textiles and repurposed materials to make a medium-sized sturdy basket. $85 includes all materials plus light morning tea.
