Rural City of Wangaratta Seniors Festival

Every year the Rural City of Wangaratta's Seniors Festival encourages seniors to be active, social and healthy with free and low cost events throughout the municipality. Get into it! Is the theme for this year’s Senior’s festival and once again, there is a massive calendar of events for the community to enjoy. Luncheons, movies, dances, sports, exercise, expos, demonstrations, car shows and live music brought to you by Council and many community groups will keep you dancing, eating, learning and smiling with your friends. Highlights include performances by Colleen Hewitt and luncheon with entertainer Rodney Vincent at the Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre. If you feel like getting out of town, head out to Moyhu to enjoy lunch and live music or jump on a bus for a special tour of Beechworth and Yackandandah.
