Aikido 'the way of unifying life energy'. New this year to the Alexandra Community Hub, Aikido is open to 12 years and up. Aikido is a Japanese martial art, centred on self-defense and self development. Through the session the focus will be on; Well-being, self-defense, discipline and self development.
