Restaurant Tasmania 2019 - Charlie Carrington

Restaurant Tasmania is set to return to Launceston from September to November 2019. TasTAFE Drysdale will be presenting the ‘Restaurant Tasmania' at the Drysdale Centre of Excellence Launceston Campus. The Restaurant Tasmania series will welcome three renowned chefs to mentor, coach and collaborate with the developing talent within the Tasmanian hospitality industry. We welcome Charlie Carrington as our second chef. Restaurant Tasmania is a project which brings to Tasmania, global food innovators and chefs to work alongside students and teachers from Drysdale to deliver a series of teaching and learning experiences that result in degustation events.
