About

In many Western societies, brewing has been seen as a 'man's domain' for more than 150 years. However, women have been active in brewing since ancient times. Migratory Germanic tribe women brewed meads and ales in the forest, to avoid pillaging by invaders. So why the change? Join Corinna from Prancing Pony Brewery at the Haus, Hahndorf for a fascinating masterclass on the history of beer in the Adelaide Hills, women and brewing. Together we'll even make a brew in the Brewster 101 session. Find out more and discover the secrets to a good beer! Bookings essential. Due to current advice on public gatherings, please contact the host of this event to confirm it is proceeding as planned. Entry Cost All tickets $39 - Plus booking fee
