My Community Directory supports excellence in service delivery by enabling organisations to meet individual needs. We understand the importance of front line workers being able to offer personalised support through providing targeted, high-quality information. We can help organisations strengthen their reputation as an organisation that care about meeting individual needs, rather than one that adopts a one-size-fits-all approach.

We have worked with several community organisations to develop features that support retention of clients and community reputation by:

• enabling front line workers to provide and document person-centred services quickly

• supporting easy communication to family & caregivers and joint-service organisations
