About
Round Five of the Nutri-Grain IronMan and IronWoman Series will be the Survival format- Four separate, ten minute long Iron races starting with 20 competitors, with the last five finishers in each race eliminated, until five are left in the final race. There is a thrilling two minute countdown between each race.
