DESCRIPTION:Queenslanders with Disability Network (QDN)\, the Executive Peak Body for people with disability in Queensland\, hosts a free monthly Peer Support Group in Toowoomba for anyone who identifies as having a disability. The group is led by people with disability\, for people with disability\, creating a welcoming and inclusive space to connect with others who share similar lived experiences.\n\nMeetings are held on the third Tuesday&nbsp\;of every month.\n\nOur peer support groups provide an opportunity to share experiences\, exchange information\, build connections\, and discuss topics that matter to you in a supportive environment.\n\nMeetings are free to attend and are open to anyone who identifies as having a disability. There is no need to RSVP or become a QDN member to participate.\n\nTo help make attending easier\, taxi vouchers are available for those who require transport assistance\, and light refreshments are provided at every meeting.\n\nWhether you come along once or join us every month\, you're always welcome.\n\nEach meeting typically features a guest speaker who shares information\, experiences\, or resources relevant to the group.
